- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims.

- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall revenue cycle management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, US healthcare, or related field.

- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently from home office setting.
