Role & responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to home loans.
Coordinate with customers for document collection and verification.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.
Liaise with banks, legal teams, technical teams, and sales staff for smooth loan processing.
Track loan applications and update customers on status.
Ensure timely submission of required documents.
Maintain accurate customer records and MIS reports.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Support loan disbursement and post-disbursement activities.
Check loan eligibility depends on the customer profile.
Liaise with banks, legal teams, technical teams, and sales team for smooth loan processing.
Track Home loan applications and update customers on status.
