We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead instructor-led training programs for new hires across Finance Operations and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance processes (P2P, RTR, R2R/R2C, FP&A;) along with hands-on classroom training delivery experience.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Solid Finance Operations background
• Experience delivering classroom and instructor-led training programs
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred, SAP or other ERP experience also considered
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• GCC, Shared Services, or GBS experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom training sessions
• Train employees on finance processes and ERP systems
• Manage learning effectiveness and learner engagement
• Support role-based learning programs and continuous improvement initiatives
