Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee engagement, retention, and grievances to ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective grievance handling and redressal processes.
- Oversee HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and compensation administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resource management.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of employee engagement, retention, attrition control, grievance handling, and redressal processes.
- Ability to develop effective solutions for improving employee welfare initiatives.
