Responsibilities

- Study GFC drawings and execute drainage, water supply, and plumbing works as per project schedules.
- Execute internal and external plumbing works including:
- Water supply systems
- Drainage networks
- Rainwater pipelines
- Landscape irrigation pipelines

- Supervise installation and commissioning of:

- Pump rooms
- Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP)
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

- Coordinate with planning teams for drawings, materials, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare JMRs for contractor billing and verification.
- Maintain project BOQs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare periodic site progress reports and weekly dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with plumbing standards, testing procedures, and commissioning protocols.
- Ensure adherence to NBC guidelines and applicable plumbing codes and standards.

Required Candidate Profile

- Robust knowledge of plumbing design and execution.
- Experience in water supply and drainage systems.
- Hands-on experience with STP/WTP projects.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Understanding of piping systems for drainage and water supply applications.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage site activities efficiently.
