Job Role: Onjob is hiring Non-IT Recruiters for bulk hiring requirements across Retail, ISP, Telecom, Hospital & Healthcare industries.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, references, WhatsApp groups, and databases
- Handle bulk hiring for Non-IT roles
- Conduct telephonic screening and explain JD clearly
- Check candidate fitment: experience, salary, location, communication, documents, and interest
- Submit quality profiles to clients
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining follow-ups




- Maintain daily tracker and update candidate status properly

Required Skills

- 2+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience
- Experience in Retail, ISP, Telecom, Hospital, Healthcare, Sales, or frontline hiring preferred
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Strong sourcing and follow-up ability
- Ability to work on multiple requirements
- Target-oriented and disciplined

Additional Opportunity

Candidates from Tele Sales / Telecalling background with strong communication and interest in recruitment can also apply. Training will be provided.
