Location: Hyderabad / Kochi

Joseph Engineering Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee coordination, and HR operations while supporting the organization's growth.

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, processes, and general HR activities.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare HR reports and recruitment dashboards.




- Maintain accurate HR data in HRMS and internal trackers.
- Coordinate with different teams for manpower requirements and employee-related activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in technical recruitment/BIM/engineering recruitment is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools is preferred.
