- Design, develop, test, and deploy Nortel Unified Communications solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Nortel UC systems, including call routing, voice quality, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers on Nortel UC products and troubleshooting techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Nortel Unified Communications (UC) technology.
- Strong understanding of call pilot software applications used for testing purposes.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex issues quickly and efficiently.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
