Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Stockroom Lead to support a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. The candidate will lead Stockroom Management design, configuration, migration, and business process alignment activities, ensuring seamless integration with Maintenance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP Stockroom Management workstream during ECC to S/4HANA conversion/transformation.

Analyze existing ECC warehouse and inventory processes and define S/4HANA target solution.

Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Coordinate with EAM/PM, MM, Procurement, Finance, and Integration teams.

Support data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and SAP S/4HANA simplification requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management - Hands-on expertise in Stockroom Management processes replacing classic WM in ECC environments.

SAP MM Inventory Management-Robust experience in material movements, inventory control, storage locations, and stock processes.





SAP EAM / PM Integration-Experience integrating stockroom operations with Maintenance and spare parts management.

ECC to S/4HANA Conversion Experience-Must have worked on at least one SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation or conversion project.

Warehouse & Spare Parts Management - Knowledge of warehouse operations, reservations, staging, and maintenance inventory processes.

Configuration & Functional Design-Ability to prepare functional specifications, configure solutions, and support testing cycles.

Data Migration & Cutover-Experience in material master, inventory migration, and deployment support activities.

Integration Knowledge-Understanding of integrations with Procurement, Finance, and external warehouse/logistics systems.

Testing & Defect Management-Experience in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation activities.

Stakeholder Communication-Ability to work with business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Experience

7-10 years of SAP MM/Warehouse/Stockroom experience.

Experience in SAP RISE or Brownfield transformation programs preferred.

Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics.

Knowledge of warehouse mobility/scanning solutions is an added advantage.
