We are having an opening for Manual Tester Microsoft Dynamics CRM- Hyderabad (onsite, hybrid)

Job Role: We are looking for experienced Manual Testers with strong hands-on testing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Candidates should have practical experience testing Dynamics CRM modules, business workflows, integrations, and customizations. General CRM administration or end-user experience alone will not be considered.

Working Days: Monday Friday
Job Timing: Dayshift
Note: Only candidates with hands-on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications will be considered. Candidates with only CRM administration, support, or end-user experience are not suitable for this role.

- Perform manual testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Validate CRM business processes, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Test customizations, plugins, and integrations with external systems.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements.
- Ensure high-quality releases by validating end-to-end business processes.

Skills

- Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules and business processes.
- Experience writing detailed test cases and executing manual test scenarios.
- Experience with regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience testing CRM integrations with third-party applications.
