- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for IT and NON-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills and experience to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using various tools such as ATS systems.
