We are seeking hands on BI Data Engineer Manager to lead a team of data engineers and Tableau developers responsible for building and managing data pipelines and Tableau solutions to deliver efficient analytical and reporting capabilities. This role will be part of the Global Business Operations team, with a particular focus on Retail Contact Center performance and decision support. It will have a direct role in shaping the data and reporting infrastructure of the Retail Customer Care organisation. The role requires understanding of data architecture, data engineering and Tableau skillsets to develop and own reporting for contact center performance metrics and analytics. Lead and develop the team data engineers and Tableau developers, with comprehensive understanding of data architecture, Extract, Transform Load (ETL) processes and data visualisation best practices. Have full ownership of developing, enhancing and maintaining data pipelines, Tableau Dashboards and their schedules along with strong understanding of database concepts and SQL - Set technical direction and own delivery accountability for retail contact centre data infrastructure and reporting solutions - Architect generic, reusable solutions that adhere to data warehousing best practices while addressing complex business requirements - Guide team in analyze and optimize the existing data pipelines, data structures and tableau solutions, providing enhancements and ongoing support as needed - Uphold the highest standards of data integrity,
