Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical requirements and develop staffing plans, including job descriptions for technical resources.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to screen and interview candidates for IT applications and infrastructure roles.
- Conduct online technical evaluations and prepare detailed assessment reports for submission to account managers.
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders for client engagements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with US-based customers and employees.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly status reports to stakeholders.
- Develop proposals for new engagements and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
- Proven experience in managing US customer relationships.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer or Engineering Delivery.
- Strong understanding of both application development and infrastructure technologies.
- Solid IT background with exposure to multiple technologies.
- Experience in developing SOWs and technical proposals is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
