- Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement and chance tracking.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools.
- Learn and understand CADFEMs products, solutions, and target industries.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and review discussions (as exposure increases).
- During the training period, trainees will undergo structured training in sales processes, CRM tools, business communication, and mentorship, with regular performance evaluations
