- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations from planning to go-live, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy financial accounting solutions using SAP FICO modules such as General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Inventory Management (IM), and Cash Management (CM).
- Provide technical guidance on HANA implementation best practices and ensure seamless integration between different SAP modules.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, identify risks, and mitigate them proactively.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementations or similar roles.
- Solid expertise in implementing full-cycle SAP FICO projects including GL, AP, AR, IM & CM modules.
- Experience working with HANA implementation is essential; knowledge of other ERP systems like Oracle or PeopleSoft is an added advantage.
