Job Title: Production Support Lead – MFT

Location: Hyderabad,Pune

Experience: 12+ years IT (5+ years leading global production support teams)

Key Responsibilities

- Own endtoend production support for MFT platforms (IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, File Gateway).
- Ensure SLA adherence, system resilience, and operational governance (availability, incident trends, MTTR, backlog health).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming global team; manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
- Drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents, RCA, and permanent fixes; reduce repeat incidents through automation.
- Govern production changes aligned with ITIL practices; represent MFT in CAB meetings.
- Act as primary contact for business, partners,



and vendors; provide KPIbased reporting and incident communications.
- Leverage Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes for proactive monitoring, alert tuning, and autoremediation.
- Monitor file transfer volumes, throughput, and system capacity; plan scaling strategies for peak loads.
- Drive continuous improvement via incident reduction, shiftleft knowledge, process optimization, and AIbased predictive detection.

Essential Skills:

- 12+ years in IT production support; 5+ years leading global teams.
- Solid leadership, people management, and decisionmaking skills.
- Expertise in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Datadriven decision making using operational metrics and service telemetry.
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge (OS, databases, networking, security).
- Excellent communication skills for business and technical stakeholders.
- Handson knowledge of MFT products (IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, File Gateway, Connect:Direct).
- Understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS) and encryption standards (PGP, TLS).
- Experience with dashboards/analytics (Splunk, KPI packs, scorecards).
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
