Role Overview
The Financial Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to
closing and post-sales support. You will build lasting client relationships, identify financial needs, and
recommend suitable products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through networking and referrals
Present and recommend appropriate financial products and services
Meet sales targets and maintain accurate client interaction records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Provide post-sales support and build long-term client relationships
¢ Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and current product offerings
Qualifications
¢ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
¢ Minimum 1 year experience in financial services or wealth management
¢ NISM or relevant financial sales certifications are an advantage
¢ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
¢ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
¢ Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
¢ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced on-site environment
