5. Key Responsibilities –

- 10–15 years of JD Edwards experience with strong focus on Homebuilder Management (HBM) or Project Management




- Hands on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 implementations for construction or homebuilding clients
- Proven exposure to large US homebuilders and production construction models

Functional Expertise

- Deep knowledge of:
- JDE Homebuilder Foundation
- Procurement & Subcontract Management
- Job Costing and Commitments
- Accounts Payable and Financial integration
- Robust understanding of residential construction lifecycle and cost structures

Architectural & Delivery Skills

- ERP solution architecture and cross module integration
- Ability to work effectively in onsite–offshore delivery models
- Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working as offshore design authority or lead consultant
