Purpose of the Job

1. Manage E&F;, CO2 usage for Packaging follow VPO, GOP & best practice
2. Manage Packaging materials & productivity performance VIC
3. Manage Packaging SOPs & PPE requirements
4. Manage Quality in Packaging such as: PTS, TPO, PU control, EBI management, package appearance & de-complexity
5. Manage all trial, project execution for Packaging
6. VPO implementation in Packaging. Follow GOPs & best practice from Zone
7. Lead training plan & development program for Packaging department

Main activities:

- Environment & Safety (ES): Ensure packaging department to comply with ES laws and regulations
- Responsible for the Packaging operation & management, include staff, materials, equipment, products, quality, and efficiency, ensure to fulfill sale demands in plan.




- Lead MCRS in Packaging area to analyze and solve all kinds of issues during production, communicate the action plan with other department which need support, ensure solve problem promptly to achieve excellence efficiency.
- Lead and organize PDCA to seek Excellence operation performance, Master VPO tools to fulfill GAP and delivery all KPIs in Packaging area.
- Communicate with planner and organize manpower to run packaging line and ensure production schedule can be conducted timely.
- Provide more training to underlings to develop their capacity.
- Support Dept. manger to conduct TSC, Assessment for NAPS & BETs development.
- Continuously improve working environment and people behavior to reduce safety incident in Packaging area, comply with Local regular & law, and make sure EHS policy can be implemented properly without EHS incidents.
- Teamwork with QA to ensure Quality policy and SOP can be implemented properly and Quality KPIs can meet target.
- Provide accurate online data and information to ZBS for analysis.
- Provides feedback of previous shift results and discusses the packaging plan for the day.
- Manage autonomous maintenance activities:
1. Manage and execute routine autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspection, and lubrication) according to the schedule.
2. Support planned and exceptional maintenance activities.
3. Consumption management and saving
4. Monitor Packaging operation to control material loss and energy consumption.
5. Analyze cost and usage data and manage variance.

- Participate in improvement activities:

1. Optimize packaging process, continuously improving products quality and efficiency, and in cost control.
2. In terms of the Plan-Do-Check-Act implementation in the packaging team, support the constantly improvement and the process of the root causes analysis,



conduct the problem-solving method-5W and Ab report to ensure the continuous improvement of the problems and form new standards.
3. Providing suggestions for important and challenging KPIs to ensure the completion of the KPIs.

- Attending all training assigned courses organized by the Company
- Participate in setting-up and implementing all work instructions for operations and maintenance in packaging section; ensure all packaging technicians (before they carried-out their works) are trained.
- Conduct employees to master and apply the VPO tools and means to ensure departments KPIs can be controlled within the scope of the budget; and meanwhile constantly challenge new targets and continuously improve performance to build the packaging dept.
- According to People Pillar requirements, Prepare the training plans and track implementation of them; make the performance management process, and ensure the process can be fairly implemented; regularly communicate with the personnel.

4.Qualifications and Technical competencies
Education:

- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in the field of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Production Engineering.

Experience:

- 3 - 4 years experience in bottling production line, beverage, and food industry, FMCG is preferred.

Technical competencies:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of packaging process, quality control & production management knowledge.
2. Core management knowledge & communication skills.
3. MIS, & DBMS software knowledge.
Professional skill:

- Familiar with Job Description, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), KPI Target Setting (TSC).
- Ability about safety operation knowledge
- Familiar with VPO management pillar BD, Service Level Agreement (SLA) MCRS 5S, Supply Excellence.
- Know well about Maintenance pillar such as Zero Budget Budgeting (ZBB)
- Know well about Food safety, HACCP, and Quality pillar
- Know well about ES pillar such as LOTOTO & SAM, work permit
- Knowledge about E&F; management.
