We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ANM/GNM Nurses to provide quality nursing care to elderly residents in our Old Age Home. The ideal candidate should be patient, empathetic, and committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of senior citizens.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care and support to elderly residents.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and overall well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and medication charts.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and caregivers regarding resident care.
- Educate residents and family members on health and wellness.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for residents.
