We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The recruiter should be well-versed in contemporary recruitment practices and capable of hiring for multiple roles across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical or final rounds.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Job Posting & Branding:
- Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
- Promote the companys employer brand through recruitment campaigns and outreach activities.
- Coordination & Documentation:
- Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and interviewers.
- Handle pre-employment documentation and follow up on background verification.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Provide periodic hiring status updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT/technical hiring preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
- Exposure to recruitment in [Real Estate/Construction/Corporate] sectors.
