- Teach Social Studies (History, Geography, Civics, and related subjects) to Secondary school students, following the Orchids curriculum.
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons aligned with pre-defined lesson plans while adhering to the Orchids teaching methodology.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, classwork, and examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Update and maintain accurate academic records on the school's online portal.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, progress, and areas of improvement.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Integrate digital tools and cutting-edge teaching strategies to enhance classroom learning.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Studies or a related field.
- Mandatory: B.Ed.
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in Social Studies.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
