- Assess and support students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small-group interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure inclusive learning.
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
- Promote a secure, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed. in Special Education.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Special Educator in a school.
- RCI registration preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about inclusive education and student development.
