Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and technical concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system
• Meet process KPIs, quality standards, and productivity targets
• Maintain skilled communication with international customers
• Work collaboratively with team members and support process improvements
