Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) suite within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Business teams to digitize, automate, and optimize risk management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- IRM Module Development & Configuration: Design, build, and configure core ServiceNow IRM applications, including:

- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management & Risk Assessment Frameworks
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM) / Third-Party Risk
- Audit Management & Operational Resilience

- Technical Scripting & Customization: Develop platform solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Workflow Automation: Implement and automate business processes using Flow Designer, Workflows, and Approval Engine.
- Architecture & Scoping: Set up Entity Classes, Entity Types, and Entity Scoping aligned with the enterprise architecture and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) / CMDB.
- Integrations: Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow IRM and third-party enterprise tools using REST/SOAP web services and IntegrationHub.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Build executive dashboards, risk posture views,



and operational reports using Performance Analytics and Service Portal/Workspaces.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Assist in platform upgrades, patch releases, instance cloning, unit testing, and migration using Update Sets or Application Repository.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- echnical Proficiency:

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, CMDB data structures, and ACL-based security models.
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON) and IntegrationHub.

- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise GRC concepts (e.g., Risk Registers, Control Frameworks, Regulatory Compliance, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development workplace.

Preferred Certifications (Nice-to-Have)

- Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory/Preferred)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-R&C; / CIS-IRM)
