Role Overview

We are seeking a Buyer with strong commercial acumen to lead identification and onboarding of new

brands, with a specific focus on healthy food categories. The role also covers ordering and management

of packing material to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new brands and products, with a particular focus on healthy and

better-for-you food categories.





- Build and maintain relationships with brand owners/vendors, negotiating commercial terms,

pricing, and trading agreements.

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for current brands, including documentation, listing, and

pricing setup.

- Plan and place orders for packing material, ensuring optimum stock levels, cost efficiency, and

timely availability.

- Track category performance, market trends, and competitor assortment to identify white spaces

and new brand opportunities.

- Coordinate with quality, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth vendor and material

onboarding.

Requirements

- 35 years of commercial/buying experience, ideally in food & beverage, FMCG, or healthy/organic

food categories.

- Demonstrated experience in brand identification, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Hands-on exposure to packing material sourcing, ordering, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and commercial analysis skills.
- Good understanding of the healthy food/wellness category landscape preferred.
