Job Title: Team Leader Collections
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Day Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Collections to lead and manage a team of collection executives, ensuring achievement of collection targets while maintaining high customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills and hands-on experience in collections/recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collection agents.
- Monitor daily collection performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track and improve key metrics such as PTP, resolution rate, and productivity.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve collection efficiency.




- Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Collections, with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of collections and recovery processes.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Experience in handling performance metrics and team targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
