Job Description: We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications and driving sales by promoting products/services and achieving sales targets.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to convert inbound calls into sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products/services
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Job Details:
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be adaptable to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred,
based on the company's requirements.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)
Experience:
- 0-3 years.
Age Criteria:
- 18 years to 35 years.
Salary:
- 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions) voice
- DOJ - 30th July 2026
- 15000 for chat
- DOJ - 9th Aug 2026
