Role & responsibilities

- Manage the operation, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of chemical and gas distribution systems.
- Handle process chemicals such as HF, HCl, HO, KOH, additives, and other industrial chemicals.
- Handle specialty and process gases including Silane, Ammonia, TMA, Boron, Nitrogen, Oxygen, CH, and other industrial gases.
- Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of chemical and gas systems.
- Read, interpret, and implement P&ID; (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) drawings.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, chemical and gas storage regulations, and hazardous material handling procedures.
- Manage chemical and gas leak response, waste treatment, and emergency handling procedures.
- Operate and maintain chemical and gas distribution systems, Valve Manifold Boxes (VMBs), and Helium Leak Detection systems.




- Monitor and maintain bulk chemical and gas storage, transfer, and transportation systems.
- Operate and maintain Nitrogen Generation Plants.
- Ensure proper functioning of gas leak detection systems (Honeywell, Riken Keiki), UV fire sensors, fire extinguishers, and related safety equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, procurement teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise a team of approximately 15 technicians/operators.
- Maintain operational records, preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
