- Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) modules • Work on end-to-end OFSC implementations, including: o Routing, Quota & capacity planning o Activity management o Resource management • Design and configure: o Work zones, time slots and routing rules o Business rules, filters and workflows • Develop and manage OFSC integrations using: o REST APIs o Middleware (Oracle Integration Cloud) • Customize OFSC UI, forms and plugin framework • Perform data validation and synchronization • Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements • Provide support, enhancements and production issue resolution Areas of expertise:



• Strong experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) • Experience with REST APIs • Knowledge of JavaScript (for OFSC plugins) • Experience with: o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) o JSON, XML, API integrations • Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms

POSITIVE TO HAVE SKILLS: • Experience with Oracle CX and Fusion cloud • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. • Knowledge of maps, routing algorithms • Certifications in Oracle Field Service Cloud • Functional knowledge on telecom
