1. Conflict Mineral Reporting • https://sustainhub.ipoint-systems.com/authserver/login • June to October reporting process with the supply base to customers • Tin, Tantalum, Gold, & Tungsten reporting for compliance of Dodd-Frank Act

2. Extended Minerals Reporting Template • The Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) is a free, standardized reporting template developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative to identify pinch points and collect due diligence information in the cobalt and mica supply chains. Version 1.02. • The CMRT is intended, in part, to facilitate the exchange of data necessary for compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act. There are no regulatory compliance requirements in place for cobalt or mica at this time.

3. MSVP GM Multi-Tier Supply Chain Visibility Platform • Replaces supply chain visibility survey • Maintain supplier sub-tier information

SDMP - GM Semiconductor Data Management Portal • Hub to manage any of your part numbers that contain semiconductors and the CG4646 Semiconductor data tied to them • Portal application at launch will allow you to build and submit for approval a CG4646 to General Motors for current part numbers and current part numbers related to Engineering Change Management.

5. Diversity Reporting • https://report.unifiedtier2.com/Account/UnifiedTier2Login Stellantis - monthly Ford/GM - quarterly • https://portal.diversitytrax.com/ Toyota - Diversity Tracks (6 months)

6. Risk Management Surveys • Customers - all 1 • Frequency - sub-tier surveys tied to natural disasters, geopolitical events, or anything threatening continuity of supply

B.E Mechanical with 5-8 Years of experience.
