What would you do Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databasesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidatesPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirementsConduct initial outreach and engage candidates to assess interest and fitUse platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases for sourcingMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fillStay updated on industry trends and talent market insights




What are we looking for We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer who can identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is skilled in building strong talent pipelines, understands market trends, and partners effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniquesTalent sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed)Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Market research and talent mappingCandidate engagement and outreach strategiesMS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Hands on experience in using Job boardsHRMS toolGood Communication
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problemsYour day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisorsIn this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture managementYou will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on current assignmentsThe decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of othersYou will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of workPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
