Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and references
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on hiring requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate interviews

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs can apply)
- 0 - 1 Year of Experience in:

HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition





BPO / Voice Process

Customer Support

Staffing / Consultancy

- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation:

- Freshers: 13,000 + Performance Incentives
- Candidates with HR Internship Experience: 15,000 + Performance Incentives

Growth Opportunity:

- Performance review after the first 2 months

Working Hours:

Monday to friday

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

saturday- 10:00 - 6:00pm
