We are looking for ServiceNow ITOM Professionals for a Permanent Position with our client.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, etc.).

Integrate ITOM solutions with enterprise tools and platforms.

Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation and monitoring solutions.

Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Suite (Discovery, Service Mapping,



Event Management).

Strong understanding of CMDB, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Positive scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python).

Experience in workflow design, automation, and orchestration.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
