About the Role

PwC's US Consulting Solutions Management Consulting practice is looking for an experienced Manager to join the Workforce Solutions NextGen Change team. In this role, you will lead complex transformation programs, helping organizations successfully navigate business, workforce, and technology changes. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of transformation initiatives while contributing to practice growth and innovation.

The Workforce Solutions team partners with PwC's US consulting teams to develop and deliver both short- and long-term workforce transformation solutions. Our consultants help clients drive organizational change, transform HR functions, develop learning solutions, and enable business transformation through people-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – NextGen Change, you will:

- Lead organizational change management and transformation engagements.
- Develop and execute change, communication,



and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive workforce and technology adoption initiatives.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams.
- Design and implement learning and capability-building solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision-making forums.
- Drive successful delivery of transformation programs while ensuring business objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to business development, proposal creation, thought leadership, and practice-building initiatives.
- Build innovative change management solutions and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

- 8–11 years of relevant experience in:

- Human Capital Consulting
- Change & Communication Management
- Learning Solutions
- HR Transformation
- Organizational Development
- Workforce Transformation Programs

- Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.

- Experience leading large-scale business, HR, digital, or technology transformation initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and client-facing skills.
