About the role

We are looking for a Python Developer to contribute to the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions for our product platform. This role is ideal for a strong hands-on engineer with experience in backend development, cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Agile, who works effectively with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate Python-based microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs running on AWS.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and IaC to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Apply secure-by-default and privacy-first practices; integrate automated security checks into the pipeline.
- Monitor and support production systems,



troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
- Use AI-assisted tools across the SDLC (design, coding, testing, docs, incident summaries) with governance guardrails.
- Collaborate with product, data, security, and platform teams in an Agile workplace; contribute to documentation, runbooks, and reusable automation.
- Optimize for scalability, cost, performance, and reliability; measure impact via SLOs and DORA metrics.
