International Technical Support Executive Voice Process

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Rotational Shifts (2-Way Cab Facility)

Salary Package

- Freshers: Up to 19,000 per month (Take Home)
- 6 -18 Months Experience: Up to 23,000 per month (Take Home)
- Above 18 Months Experience: Up to 27,000 per month (Take Home)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls, chat, and email support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.




- Candidates should not be pursuing any regular education/course.
- Strong English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency preferred).
- Basic computer and technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Comfortable working in night rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
