Skills Require for the US Payroll Specialist
• Knowledge of US Payroll Taxes
• Knowledge of Payroll Garnishment Deductions
• 5-8 years of Hands-on experience in US Payroll Processing
• Should be comfortable working in US shift (CST Time zone)
• Should have knowledge of overtime calculations
• Knowledge of Termination Laws as per state
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of tax notices
(Candidates preferably from US Staffing organization)
Responsibilities:
• Process payroll as per the company schedule
• Resolve payroll issues
• Build/enhance processes related to payroll of tax notices
