Role & responsibilities

For Sr. Engineer

Execute day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedule

- Supervise labour, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure quality and productivity

- Coordinate with QAQC, Safety, Planning, and Store teams for smooth execution

- Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site registers

- Ensure adherence to approved method statements and drawings

- Identify and resolve execution-level bottlenecks and escalate issues appropriately

- Support billing and measurement recording for completed works

For Manager

Establish and implement the project quality management system/plan





- Lead QAQC team across all disciplines (civil, structure, finishing, MEP, external development)

- Review and approve ITPs, quality procedures, and inspection protocols

- Drive root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and implement preventive measures

- Liaise with client/consultant/PMC on quality audits, certifications, and approvals

- Ensure statutory and code compliance across all stages of construction

- Report quality KPIs, NCR trends, and audit outcomes to management
