- Customize and enhance Service Cloud features including case management, queues, and agent productivity tools.

- Develop and support Experience Cloud (Communities) for partner and customer-facing applications.

- Ensure seamless user experiences across internal and external Salesforce platforms.

Integrations

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.





Administration & Configuration

- Perform Salesforce administration tasks including object configuration, workflows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.

- Support deployments and environment management across sandboxes and production.

- Assist with release management and post-deployment validation.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Admins, QA, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Provide transparent technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
