What we are looking for

Must Have

1. Hands on experience in Intune -Subject Matter expertise on Autopilot and profile configuration

2. Hands on experience on MDM Mobile Device deployment and troubleshooting Configuration of Service Application, Device enrolment programs, app protection policies and troubleshooting issues

3. Configuration of Security and compliance policies

4. Configuration of SSL Certificates

5. Providing Root Cause Analysis for Intune incidents

6. Azure Active Directory: Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should be familiar with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its integration with Endpoint Manager. This includes managing users, groups, and devices in AAD, configuring single sign-on (SSO), and understanding authentication methods.

7. Windows 10 and macOS: Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should have a good understanding of Windows 10 and macOS operating systems, as these are the primary platforms that Endpoint Manager manages. This includes knowledge of deployment methods, updates, and troubleshooting.

8. Mobile Device Management: Intune Contemporary Workplace Engineers should have experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) for iOS and Android devices.



This includes understanding device enrollment, policies, and app management.

9. PowerShell: PowerShell is a powerful tool for managing Endpoint Manager and other Microsoft technologies. Intune Modern Workplace Engineers should have experience using PowerShell to automate tasks, create reports, and troubleshoot issues.

10. Security and Compliance: An Intune Modern Workplace Engineer should be familiar with security and compliance requirements for endpoints and applications. This includes knowledge of conditional access policies, device compliance, and application protection policies.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
