HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Freshers | Female Candidates)

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Qualification: Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

Eligibility

- Female candidates only.
- Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs).




- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: 13,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Candidates with HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Internship Experience: 15,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
