Process Associate Freshers - Uppal

Contract (1 Year Extendable Based on Performance)

Experience

Freshers (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with different teams across the organization.
- Update and maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure process documents are accurate and up to date.
- Assist supervisors in preparing reports and completing operational tasks.
- Perform data entry and process-related activities with high accuracy.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting quality standards.
- Achieve individual SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while following company guidelines.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Good analytical and multitasking abilities.




- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresh graduates from 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are eligible.
- Education: Any Graduate ( BBA, BCom,Mcom, MBA graduates).

- Note: Strictly BSC,BCA,MCA,MBA,B tech Graduates are not entertained

Shift Timings:

- Rotational Shifts
- Candidates must be flexible to work in any assigned shift.
