Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Technical Lead with 10+ years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, React.js, and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in full-stack development, microservices architecture, secure API development, cloud-native applications, and technical leadership. The role requires mentoring development teams, driving architectural decisions, implementing best engineering practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Microservices.

Drive full-stack development using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices.

Develop secure RESTful APIs and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.





Build and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services including Lambda, S3, RDS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and IAM.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Mentor and guide development teams while providing technical leadership throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and collaborate with DevOps teams.

Leverage AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to improve development productivity and code quality.

Ensure application security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across all environments.

Work within Agile/Scrum teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application deployment and production support.

Contribute to cloud optimization, technical documentation, and solution architecture while promoting engineering excellence.
