About the Role

Robatech is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales cum Service Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing field service support, performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of adhesive application systems. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can deliver technical solutions while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Robatech's adhesive application systems and solutions.
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair industrial adhesive application equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
- Provide prompt field service and technical support to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and recommend system improvements.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with internal sales and service teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, visit reports, and maintain accurate documentation.




- Travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for customer visits and field service assignments.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2- 4 years of experience in sales and service, field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of industrial machinery or related equipment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing in office customer support and technical assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer visits effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with adhesive application systems or related industrial automation equipment.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
