Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Handle offer negotiation, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.

Mandatory Skills

- 57 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a US Healthcare RCM/Medical Billing company.
- Hands-on hiring experience for roles such as:
- Medical Billing
- Medical Coding
- AR Calling
- Denial Management
- Insurance Verification
- Payment Posting
- Charge Entry
- Credentialing
