Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates across various IT technologies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, permanent, and C2H positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, CEIPAL, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) are achieved.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing profiles using Boolean search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, CEIPAL, and other job portals.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, Full Stack, and ERP.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in domestic and/or US IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
