Qualifications

Consultant- ORACLE EPCM (PROFITABILITY AND COST MANAGEMENT) implementation experience, with atleast 2 end to end implementation experience.

Sr. Consultant- ORACLE EPCM (PROFITABILITY AND COST MANAGEMENT) implementation experience, with 3 or more end to end implementation experience.

Manager- 5 to 6 or more end to end implementation experience, alongwith Team Leading experience.

What is most key for all these roles is the ORACLE EPCM implementation experience.

Required:

- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service solutions.
- Experience designing and developing allocation rules, data models, and workflows to support financial performance analysis.
- Experience developing data integration processes using Data Management to load data from Oracle Fusion General Ledger and other Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.
- Experience building allocation and custom calculations and developing Groovy business rules in Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management.




- Experience designing customized reports and dashboards, developing Excel-based financial models, and performing data validation, reconciliation, and integration with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules including Financial Consolidation and Close Service and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.
- Experience supporting end-user training, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, applying updates, and delivering work across project phases from requirements gathering through Hypercare.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and working independently with technical and functional direction from leads.

Preferred:

- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Agent.
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools or integrated features, including Intelligent Performance Management Insights.
- Experience with financial planning or cost allocation tools in addition to Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management.
- Oracle certification in Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, or a comparable Oracle certification.
