Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive-Who having experience in Solar , Electrical & CCTV Designing and Procurement to manage the purchasing process, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation. The ideal candidate will support the organization's supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance by sourcing quality goods and services in a timely manner. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise in handling and designing end-to-end CCTV projects.

Technical and Domain Knowledge:

- Solar Equipment: Knowledge of electrical items such as Solar Modules, Solar Inverters, Solar Structures, ACDB, DCDB, HT Panels, DWC Pipes, Earthing Materials, and Cables. Preference given to candidates with solar field experience.

- CCTV Project Handling & Design: Proven experience in surveillance system designing, camera placement layout planning, network architecture (IP/Analog), BOM preparation, and overseeing the end-to-end execution/handling of CCTV installation projects.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Generate purchase orders based on the purchasing plan

2. Handle sub-contracting materials.

3. Prepare delivery challans for material movement

4. Release purchase orders to suppliers according to the monthly schedule

5. Conduct vendor follow-up

6. Manage day-to-day orders

7. Ensure quality and timely delivery of supplier consignments

8. Verify goods receipt notes (GRN) for supplier invoices

9. Track in warded materials and invoices

10. Support suppliers in logistics operations

11. Maintain inventory supplies and equipment availability

12. Initiate procurement by releasing RFQs (Request for Quotation) to vendors.

13. Ensure timely responses from vendors and compared quotes.





14. Finalize vendors based on price and other quantitative factors.

15. Knowledgeable about subcontracting, consignment, stock transport orders, and stock

transport packaging.

16. Issue the Purchase Orders to the suppliers.

17. Done material follow up and commercial approvals.

18. Floating the enquiries to the suppliers as per client request.

19. Operations coordination.

20. Supplier payment follow-up.

21. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for various civil construction materials

(e.g., cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) and services.

22. Developing and maintaining a strong network of reliable suppliers.

23. Conducting market research to identify cost-effective solutions and new products.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and basic contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems (e.g., Zoho).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Integrity and a commitment to ethical procurement practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in procurement of electrical materials such as cables, switchgears, panels, and transformers, mechanical & construction building material with robust vendor management and technical evaluation skills.
- Must have knowledge of electrical items such as Solar Modules, Solar Inverters, Solar Structures, ACDB, DCDB, HT Panels, DWC Pipes, Earthing Materials, and Cables; solar field experience preferred.

Skills Required

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems (e.g: Zoho).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and basic contract terms.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
