Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales/operations team
- Drive team productivity and achieve business targets
- Monitor attrition, shrinkage, and overall team performance
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure process adherence and maintain quality standards
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong exposure to target management and team performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting
- Candidates serving a notice period of 15 days or less are preferred
- Regional language proficiency is mandatory
- Bengaluru: Kannada
